BIRTHDAY GUEST LIST FOR:
In our continuing effort to make your party at Champions Roller World the best experience possible, we do request the names of your invited guests. This guest list will enable us to serve your party efficiently and allow us to keep track of who has been invited. This system ensures that you are not put in the position of paying for uninvited guests, siblings that you do not wish to pay for, or ‘tag alongs���.
We do permit parents of invited guests to come in at no charge, however, if they choose to skate we will need to have them included on your guest list (or they can pay for themselves at the ticket window). If you intend to pay for parents to skate please add them on your guest list please place an “A’ next to their name. Adult tickets for admission and roller skate rental is $10.00.
Your completed guest list allows us to reserve party tables for your group. With our space being limited, we are only able to provide seating for those guests that are included on your guest list. Additional adults and parents of guests are welcome, however, we cannot guarantee them a place to sit. Keep in mind that even if guests have not RSVP’d, add them to your list anyway. You are only responsible for the number of guests that show up the day of the party as long as you meet your minimum number reserved based on your deposit ($25 deposit – minimum 10 or $50 deposit – minimum 17)
PLEASE PRINT CLEARLY THE FIRST AND LAST NAMES AND RETURN THE COMPLETED LIST IN ADVANCE OF YOUR PARTY. WE WILL NOT LET ANY GUEST IN, UNTIL THE PARENT IN CHARGE HAS ARRIVED WITH THE GUEST LIST. PLACE AN ‘A’ NEXT TO ANY ADULTS YOU ARE PAYING FOR TO SKATE.
